A path full of movement, clarity and connection
From the bustling streets of Delhi to the green fields of Belgium, my life has been characterized by a sense of adventure, curiosity and a deep interest in people and cultures. Professionally, I have gained experience ranging from HR structure development in start-ups and scale-ups to M&A projects and executive consulting. My passion for cultural work and strategic HR topics is always with me. A few years ago, I expanded this experience by training as a coach, which has enabled me to develop my strengths in the areas of career coaching, conflict resolution and personal development in particular. My story is a story of change and the continuous discovery of new horizons.
How coaching influences my work
The training to become a systemic coach was not a turning point for me, but a deepening. It broadened my perspective, sharpened my understanding of my role and helped me to have conversations at eye level. This is essential today, especially when working with managers.
